You: Cassandra Kulay

02/15/2018 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

You are near and dear to my soul, you are the part that makes me whole. You are my world, I am quite obsessed, even when our love is put to the test. Each day is a snapshot of how we feel, my love for you is a story no one can steal. Between us, … Continue reading You: Cassandra Kulay

The Whole Heart: Cassandra Kulay

01/16/2018 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

Take my breath and understand, I've come this far to hold your hand. You have hovered, formless, over my waiting consciousness, although I did not know it then, you are my destiny, when I nurtured my dream, the farther you seemed, the closer you were to me. I was cautious but in time my feelings … Continue reading The Whole Heart: Cassandra Kulay

History Revolving: Cassandra Kulay

12/13/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

The wind in a steampunk engine, gears grind with precision. Rollo May's theory of intelligent design, the machine used to whine, no god just man's common insight, all hail the Industrial Revolution, efficiency the hallelujah of the future. Empty factories and sometimes green, where soot and fog used to be, we extracted from the challenge, … Continue reading History Revolving: Cassandra Kulay

Reflections: Cassandra Kulay

11/14/201711/14/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

The wind whispers, carrying love in secret, waking on the edge of the horizon. Star by star, I put it in perspective, tear by tear, I deconstruct the past. Shivering and straining toward the future, juggling fatalism with ambition, in the palm of my hand a grain of sand that represents this earth and its … Continue reading Reflections: Cassandra Kulay

Voices: Cassandra Kulay

10/13/201710/14/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

Down. Down. Down. The fetal position. Voices represent, rise from the fabric, I pull at them like loose threads, advice from another state of consciousness. Stitching together fantasy, reality and conjecture, which is which? Guide me, hold me, show me something relevant to treasure, heaven sent. Invent and repent, the stories unfold, is intuition god's … Continue reading Voices: Cassandra Kulay

Angel: Cassandra Kulay

09/11/201709/12/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

If I were an angel, I would rise above all pain. I would be a part of the atmosphere in sun, snow and rain. If I were an angel, I would care but not too much. I would have total freedom. I would share complete love. If I were an angel, I would see the … Continue reading Angel: Cassandra Kulay

Sacred Ground: Cassandra Kulay

08/15/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

I never knew that to draw the veil was wrong or right, I kissed the blank wailing wall to learn to trust and it clashed with joy like staring into the sun with sight. The pure moon lead me around, this time you will feel it, dragging you down to the ground but I will … Continue reading Sacred Ground: Cassandra Kulay

Confession: Cassandra Kulay

07/11/201707/12/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

Here again, I have confessed, Not all my fears are laid to rest. Paranoia stalks me, I am depressed, There is no way of knowing what is for the best. Confusion ravages my mind and heart I would explain but I don't know where to start. My secret being I do not reveal, I search … Continue reading Confession: Cassandra Kulay

Words: Cassandra Kulay

05/11/201707/10/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

Words. I stand transfixed by them. Dancing over pages, crisp and white and still with the silence of death, steeped in the revolving joy of life.

Reason: Cassandra Kulay

04/11/201707/10/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

Reason fumbles with buttons keeping the detached attached to repetition. Your greatest merit was to have stayed with the picture.
