I wish I had an island from time to time.
A place I can go when there is too much on my mind.
I wish I had a fortress to get away sometime.
I could just sit by the fire writing my rhymes,
have a place of peace and solitude,
Maybe the world would not seem so rude.
If I could just slow down my paces,
Maybe then I could find my oasis.
