Let’s all raise a toast to a good Christmas,
And a happy new year.
Let’s hope for a bounty of cheer.
We have left old feuds at the doorstep.
And be far from our regrets.
Bask in the warmth of those we hold near.
And taking the music that floats in our ears.
If you are alone, somebody cares.
And try to be brave when things seem unfair.
We all live in this place we call earth.
So let us all find something of worth.
Here is looking forward to a merry December.
