The Lull:
Oh How
I want to
Impress you
And so if I
Let it all go
And just BE
The scary thing
Is, I may
Bore my onlookers
Whom I need
To keep on their toes
Or the edge of their seat…
So maybe one day
I’ll take the risk
Of embodying boredom
And who knows-
If I surprise myself
With a
Captivating boredom-
You know-
The lovely lull…..
That makes you love me.
