Beauty: Cassandra Kulay

10/13/201507/12/2017 ~ kaleidoscopeonline

Tired of the hard sounds that seek out the vulnerable, one remembers
the softer moments, unexpected classical music, a flower falling from
an impressive height, the first person who was gentle with your emotions
and the suffering that led up to them.

About Cassandra Kulay

Writing poetry and fiction since childhood, Cassandra graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in literature. She is always expanding her gifts of writing and enjoys sharing it at weekly Writers Circle meetings held at Studio Central in Winnipeg. Other examples of her poetry can be found in her (2012) self-published book of poetry entitled, “Desperate Measures”, where she chronicles her struggle with mental illness. Her goal is to keep expanding as a writer and visual artist.
