Untitled: Barby Hall

I filled the dish rack up with cups,
and left them there to dry.
My dream last night was full of life,
and made me laugh and cry.

I hopped a bus down to the bank,
to pay a giant ransom.
At least the robber in my dream,
was humorous and handsome.

I hopped another bus to take me to the copy station,
made mega copies of a hand-out for an upcoming art installation.
Meanwhile my cat is yelling out,
meows to beat the band.
I duck into my high-rise dive,
and feed her on command.

She is indoor so don’t you roar,
about her catching birds.
I’m worried more about the lands,
lived on by caribou herds
